Mandy Barratt started her career working with animals, cleaning kennels and shadowing staff in busy vet practices. She quickly realized her passion for animals and spent the next 17 years working in private practices, daycare facilities, research at university level, and shelters. She then decided to start her own business, upDog Pet Services. In the last 5 years, she shifted her focus to behavior and became adamant about providing humane resources in her area. She is committed to staying on top of the newest information in behavior science and does not utilize any force, correction, or punishment in her handling or training methods. Most recently, she worked as a behavior consultant at a local animal shelter providing enrichment and training plans to the animals on a daily basis.

Services
- Daycare: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. $35.00 per dog full day. $28.00 per dog half day (6 hours). $25/additional dog from same family.
- Boarding prices for social dogs: One dog $65.00 per night.
- Boarding prices for solo dogs: One dog $80.00 per night.
- Additional dog from same family: $25
- Medical and puppies < 6 months: $100 per night
- 1:1 COACHING
In your home private training. This consists of once weekly training sessions for 4-6 weeks. 60-90 mins of education, enrichment and training but homework is given to you to complete until the following session. - DAY TRAINING
This is 2-3x/week where I go to your home or you drop off with me while you're out and about to work on a few behavior concerns directly with your dog. Sessions are $75-$100. It is then recommended that a transfer session is completed at the end of each week. - BOARD AND TRAIN
Your dog stays at my house for 2-3 weeks for consistent daily training. This option is beneficial as it takes the pressure off of you. There will be
multiple transfer and follow up sessions included in this package to make sure you are able to see through the new skills and training plan that was
implemented. * For new puppy owners you are able to take your puppy home on weekends during the board and train period. $160 per day - Hourly Sessions
Starting at $125 - Hikes and Walks
Starting at $25, adventure time is right around the corner! - These 90 min outings include basic obedience as well as transportation. Great for busy pet parents who want to keep their dogs skills fresh. A report card is given after every outing so you know what to work on.
- Walks around your neighborhood are provided. Length of walk will depend on weather.
- We will also pick up and transport your dog to one of the many local dog friendly parks/trails for a fun packed long walk and exploring.
