Beth Newcom
Beth Newcom has always loved animals, even though she was allergic to them. She started training and showing dogs at a young age, and her passion for training only grew over time. She began incorporating positive training methods with her Welsh Terrier in the mid-1990s. In 2003, she adopted a former puppy mill Wire Fox Terrier named Ashley, who had lived her entire life in a small pen and had never experienced the outside world. Ashley had separation anxiety and noise phobias, and Beth learned the enormous benefit and joy of fear-free, positive training. This experience inspired her to become a certified trainer and fear-free professional.

Positive reinforcement centers on rewarding preferred behaviors, ensuring a pleasant learning journey for your dog. Results depend on factors like your dog's nature, the specific behaviors in question, and your training consistency. While many clients observe improvements in just a few sessions, it's crucial to be patient and persistent.
