Customer Reviews
Victoria & Pepper: Andrea was an absolute pleasure to work with. She made us feel comfortable right off the bat and the way she explained new cues and protocols to us was much more clear and understandable than any trainer we've experienced. Before Andrea we were feeling sort of at our wits ends with dealing with Pepper's increasing dog reactivity. We now feel very equipped to manage Pepper and continue to work with her- and we've actually seen progress! Andrea is absolutely wonderful and we were overjoyed to see her make an instant connection with Pepper, which is really difficult to do! We honestly cannot recommend her enough.
Jamie, Wei Wei, & Frankie: I had such a great experience with Andrea. Our biggest goal was to help our miniature dachshund, Frankie, be more confident and well adjusted in a variety of environments, while also managing some of Frankie's unwanted behaviors (e.g., reactive barking, stalling on walks, etc.). Andrea took time to understand Frankie's triggers and armed us with various tools and exercises to help mitigate these behaviors. Beyond that, working with Andrea has really allowed me to understand Frankie's body language and behavior in a way that I was not able to interpret before. This has undoubtedly helped contribute to better and more responsible guardianship of my little girl. If you're looking for compassionate guidance on how to set your dog up for success, Andrea is your person. I look forward to continuing working with Andrea in the future!
Julie, Eric, & Tito: We had an awesome experience working with Andrea!! Our dog is very anxious and fearful of other dogs - particularly when he's on a leash. We had tried everything with Tito, but Andrea helped us learn how to understand him and his needs for living a fully enriched, happy life. Tito is not only calmer on his leash, but more relaxed in our home with or without guests now that we have the tools we need to make sure his needs are fulfilled to be a more confident pup each day! We're excited to keep practicing Tito's new calming tricks and am so glad we did this for him!
Erin, Josh, & Spice: We cannot recommend Andrea enough. She helped us and Spice become more confident and able to trust each other, through her knowledge and expertise. Spice was a nervous rescue pup who was becoming difficult to manage, and in 4 lessons, we are all less stressed and understand each other. Andrea is truly the best!
Amber, Jeff, Milly, & Clarence: Andrea was a HUGE help to us when we welcomed Clarence. She assisted us in introducing him to Milly appropriately and was so understanding and patient with our questions. Our home would not be what it is today without her loving guidance.
Jinah, Ajinkya, & Apollo: We did 5 private training sessions with Andrea and our puppy Apollo. My husband and I are first time dog owners so while we a big animal lovers, we were unfamiliar with getting a new puppy truly entailed. Andrea's expertise extends far beyond the behaviors and development of dogs, but also provided us with incredible support as new fur parents. She helps us not only manage certain behaviors but always explained to us where they stemmed from. Apollo is a very sweet, smart boy but continues to work through some fearfulness and anxiety. Andrea helped us shape a curriculum that helped our puppy gain confidence, and navigate through the tumultuous times of the second fear period. We were always blown away but Andrea's attention to detail—from hearing your own concerns as your pet's guardian, to noticing the slightest limp in your pet's gait. We are so happy to have worked with Andrea, and we know Apollo is too!
Lauren, Chris, & Archer: Andrea is amazing. She treated our behavioral goals with individualized care and set realistic plans for us to follow. Her communication is impeccable and her knowledge on how to handle animals is even better. She treats owners, pets, and their spaces with absolute respect. I was actually upset when she said we didn't need anymore sessions with her.
